So, you've done Valle De Guadelupe. You now have the option to either return your car and return from whence you came (walking or driving across the border), or continuing your journey onward, which is what we did...

Recommended (kindly gifted): book an unforgettable dinner at Animalón, an "Ocean to Table" floating culinary delight on a luxury catamaran, brought to you by the same Chef Javier Plascencia as Fauna. This cost about $350 for 2 persons (I do not believe they accommodate singles), and was about 3-4 hours. Despite the small cooking area, the kitchen operated exactly like a high end restaurant- meticulous, clean, and open format. They allowed my date and I to tour and watch some of the dishes being put together.
